March is not only special cause it’s the month of my birth but also because it’s National Craft Month.
Nobody had a better sale than #JoannesFabricandCrafts no this sale you did not find in their sales circular, you had to be there to believe it. If you’re an Artisan like myself, it was a crafters dream. This unadvertised sale covered every genre of crafting. #MimiG patterns for #Simplicity along with their other patterns were $1.99 each. You would only find a better deal at expos or fairs. Check out my Grandson Ke’an with the help of his cousin Juel’z make his mommy a birthday card along with pictures of the sales I took advantage of. Happy Crafting, check out/Like my #Facebook page #CraftCropandScrapbookDivas .

I’ve been trying to stick to a healthy lifestyle. I don’t like that curse word (diet) cause when you say it, you’re doomed to fail it. So let’s say we’re adopting a healthier lifestyle. This includes: moving, some form of exercise, eating right and thinking right. Me and my workout partner, prayer warrior and cousin (Eyvonda) we went to yoga class, then we shopped #TraderJoes and had early dinner at #Chipotles. I then headed to the library and found two great book at a bargain. Normally I’m a #Nook gal but sometimes I just need that hardback book.
#TraderJoes haul: spinach dip, light sour cream, light cream cheese, raisin rosemary crisps, spanakoplias, Thai curry sauce and snack toasts.
#EwingLibrary haul: “Enemies-History of the FBI”, “The Power of Habit-Why We Do What We Do In Life and Business”
A few pictures of us Girl talking at #Chipotles
I’m a huge fan of #MichaelKors, not just the retail aspect but his work ethic, perseverance, long struggle to be successful and the fact that he didn’t let the nay Sayers and haters stop him from achieving success. (If you don’t believe me, check out his CFDA Lifetime Achievement Awards speech from 2011) needless to say, he has a great sale going on. If you’re still building and accessorizing your Spring to Summer Closet, you don’t wanna miss these deals. Shout out the Fab girls that work at #MK #QuakerBridgeMall, Lawrenceville, NJ. Always friendly, courteous and helpful. (Pictured Emilia Vargas) thanks Ladies! And my Son #TrentonPayper and my Grandson for tagging along. Sidebar-My son says I will make him go broke hanging with me, LOL.
I won’t reveal what I purchased yet, you gotta stay tuned……
I remember one of the things I missed so much was, when my kids were little I use to dress my children alike for the holidays. All the cute little outfits they would wear for Sunday church service. How I missed them days.
Now I have two wonderful Grandbabies. They are so adorable. Ke-an is 2 and Juel’z is 1. They both wear a size 3T. Yes, Juel’z is a healthy one year old Lol.
So, when I shop for them I buy the same thing and the same sze, everyone thinks they’re brothers cause they look so much alike. Check out the super cute things I found at the Children’s Place. Cool Polo, sweater vest, the cutest Oxford shoes and pinstripe boys brim hat. All was on sale 40% off or better. My son also used his #retailmenot app from his phone that gave us additional deals.
I also got my God-Daughter Tahanee this cool sun hat and headband that was a steal.
Tell me what you think? More amazing deals to share with you, stay tuned and HAPPY SHOPPING!
March 20th marks the first day of Spring. You know what that means.. Free Rita’ssss. If I was back in Jersey, me and the family usually visit a minimum of three #Rita’s just to sample as many new flavored the season will bring. They normally give you these really small cups.
This time we were in Charlotte and while we were used to lines blocks long..not this time. We went before school let out and right after lunch. The line was reasonable at the Plaza location.
They offered some great new flavors; Starburst strawberry, Starburst cherry, Sour-patch kids, Wildberry and Starburst orange. They even gave us modest size cups bigger than that normal small one they gave in Jersey in the past. Lol. I got to enjoy Sour-patch kids, sooo good especially since it was a beautiful 70 degrees in Charlotte. My family enjoyed the first day of Spring and some #FreeRita’s
So it’s my birthday next week and my husband surprises me with another trip. I found these great sandals during my trip to Charlotte while visiting my Sister Danyetta. Can’t you just see me walking the beaches, boardwalks and little markets not just in comfort but also style. These sandals regularly priced $16.99 are fashionably on sale 2/ $20.00 a savings of $13.98. Wanna get the best styles and your size? Head over to #Rainbow there’s one near you. These nifty green ones are for my Sister ( her favorite color). Check out my Chic Clutch I got in white. They also had it in black and white as well. Happy shopping, stay tuned for more great finds from #Rainbow, #ChildrensPlace, #Forever21, ##Guess, and #TommyHilfiger.
What a mini vacation this was. I got to visit my Sister Danyetta, who lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. Oh the places we visited and fun we had. We took my grands to #DiscoveryKids, ate dinner at #Vapiano’s, shopped at #ConcordMillsMall and went thrifting at #KidToKid. We will round up our week vacation saying a sad goodbye to my Sister with our Free #Rita’s water ice for the first day of Spring. After a weekend of rainy days in the South today is actually supposed to reach the low 70’s. Goodbye #CharlotteNorthCarolina, I’m gonna miss my favorite half (Sister Danyetta)! Until our next visit, I LOVE YOU! May God keep you safe. See you guys again real soon Xavier, Tynisa (congrats on that gpa at #Chowan University), Amisha and the family, and my other Sister Monique (workaholic). Stay tuned for my #ShoppingHaul & #Babyhaulfinds.
